The transition from summer to autumn invites us to slow down, turn inwardly, reflect on our year’s harvest, decompose what no longer serves us and return to our core. From that place, we can plant the intentions that will germinate over Winter until they are ready to sprout and flower once the light returns in Spring.
As a certified Mindfulness trainer and Ecopsychology facilitator, I’ll equip you with body-mind-soul practices to strengthen your sense of connection to your inner and outer landscape. These practices will be your web of support throughout the year to follow your path with joy & determination.
