We live in hectic times that demand a lot from us, sometimes it can all be too much and we loose the pleasure in life. Stress, feelings of uncertainty, despair, but also emotions like anxiety can pull us down and block us. Through practicing Mindfulness, we become aware of limiting beliefs and destructive coping mechanisms that we unnecessarily hold on to. We learn to observe the space in which thoughts arise and through that gain access to consciously choose which thoughts we want to go along with. This allows us to gain more agency over our lives.

As a certified Mindfulness trainer, I’ll guide you through the sessions. Each class includes the introduction to the weekly theme, a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by personal inquiry.
